Find answers to common questions about DinHarvest’s mochi donut mixes, gluten-free premixes, bulk packaging, MOQ, and export shipping.
DinHarvest mochi donut premix utilizes specialized modified starch and innovative formulations to achieve the signature chewy (pon-de-ring) texture while reducing oil absorption compared with traditional wheat-based cake mixes. It delivers a crisp outer shell, soft interior, and excellent shelf-life stability for commercial display.
We control gluten-free contamination through raw-material selection, production procedures, cleaning controls, and quality testing. Requirements can be customized according to the target market and customer specifications.

Yes, we offer end-to-end OEM/ODM formulation services. Our food scientists can adjust chewiness, crispness, sweetness, hydration rate, and fryer temperature compatibility based on your specific automated extruders or commercial fryer models.
We develop functional premixes featuring high dietary fiber, reduced sugar, and high protein, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Standard commercial packaging is from 1kg, 10 kg or 25 kg multi-wall moisture-barrier kraft paper bags with food-grade inner PE liners. When stored in a cool, dry warehouse (< 25°C, humidity < 60%), unopened premixes maintain peak quality for 18 to 24 months.
For standard catalog premixes, our MOQ starts at 300kg. For optimal cost efficiency, we recommend starts at 1 pallet (approximately 800–1,000 kg).
For customized OEM/ODM formulations or private-label packaging, the standard MOQ begins at 3,000 kg. We support mixed-pallet trial shipments for qualified buyers.
